You do not run your life… even though you think you do
A person may live under a great illusion: that he controls his life.
He believes that he:
Chooses his future
Creates his success
Controls his destiny
“Your body functions without your will
Your life is filled with things you did not choose
And the entire universe operates by a system you did not create
Then who:
Gave you this body?
Placed you in this world?
Maintains this system every moment?
There are only two possibilities:
Either all of this happened without intelligence, without intention, without management… merely a long chaos that produced a stunning system.
Or there is a Creator:
Who brought this universe into existence
Established its laws
Created the human being within it
And manages his life moment by moment.
Why is the idea of “chaos” not safe?
A person may say with his tongue that the universe has no Creator, but his heart does not live peacefully with that idea.
Because that idea implies:
Your existence is a random accident
No one intended you
No one sees you
No one hears you
No one cares about your destiny
You are merely a side effect of a purposeless universe.
Yet no matter how much a person tries, he does not live this way.
He searches for:
Justice
Meaning
Mercy
Purpose
Someone who hears him when he is weak
The idea that reorders the world
The Islamic perspective does not begin with ritual details or laws. It begins with one very simple idea: there is one Creator of this entire universe.
He is the One who:
Brought you into existence from nothing
Granted you life
Manages your affairs
Knows your weakness
Sees everything you go through
You are not a random accident.
You are not a number in a cold universe.
You are a created being… in a created world…
Under the care of one Creator.
What changes when a person understands this?
His entire perception of the world changes.
The universe is no longer a meaningless place.
Life is no longer a blind struggle for survival.
Rather, it becomes:
A journey within an intentional system, in a world that was not created in vain, under the gaze of a Wise Creator.
