Which Is Closer to Reason: The Creator or Coincidence?

Imagine that a complex computer was found in front of you in the desert.

A screen… a processor… an operating system… programs.

The Universe Is More Complex Than Any Machine

The human eye alone contains millions of light-sensitive cells.

The human brain contains about 86 billion nerve cells.

The DNA in every cell carries information equivalent to thousands of pages of books.

Scientist Francis Collins, director of the Human Genome Project, described DNA as: “the language of God.”

Coincidence or Design?

There are only two possibilities:

This complex system resulted from coincidence.

This system resulted from design.

The mind always leans toward the simpler and more logical explanation.

Islam and Reason

Islam does not ask a person to close his mind, but repeatedly in the Qur’an calls with phrases such as:

Will you not reason… Will you not reflect… Will you not observe

As if the message says: Think… Look… Ask…

And you will arrive yourself.
