You Are Not Searching for Peace… You Are Trying to Stop the Noise
The Quran: Not a Means of Comfort… But a Return to Your True Place There is a subtle difference… Between calming down… And finding peace. Much of what people do today… Is not a search for peace… But a continuous attempt to silence something inside.
They occupy themselves… Fill their time… Change their state… But when the distractions disappear… Everything returns. The Problem Is Not the Noise Around You… But the Void Inside You You may think what disturbs you is: Work… People… Pressure… But try sitting alone… with nothing. You will discover that the true voice… Is not outside.
That’s Why All Attempts Fail Because they deal with the "surface." Temporary calming… A fleeting feeling… A new distraction… But nothing touches the root. The Quran Doesn’t Calm You Directly… It Reorganizes You It doesn’t start by removing anxiety… but with a question you haven’t noticed: Why are you anxious in the first place?
How do you understand what is happening? When you feel that everything is in your hands… you fear losing it. When you see life with no clear direction… you fear losing your way. When you don’t know where you’re headed… everything becomes anxious.
Here the Entire Perspective Changes The Quran doesn’t give you a technique for relaxation… But it brings you back to a bigger truth than yourself: {AllŒh – there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Self-Sustaining. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth.
“Unquestionably, by the remembrance of AllŒh hearts are assured.)"AR-RA‘D -28 Peace here is not a fleeting feeling But a state… that settles when you: Know who you rely on… Who you return to… And who holds everything in His hands. Pain doesn’t disappear… But it no longer becomes terrifying.
