Jesus Son of Mary The Story of the Man Who Spoke in the Cradle and Still Speaks to Us

Scene One A woman alone under a palm tree Imagine this scene A young woman alone under a palm tree in a barren land Not in her home Not with her family Not in a village She is alone under the night sky and the pains of childbirth are overwhelming her body This woman is not married No man has ever touched her Yet she is pregnant The child inside her is moving pushing wanting to enter a world he knows nothing about What did people say about her What did society say But the heavens were watching this scene Before Mary spoke a single word Before she tried to explain what had happened The voice came to her (But he[1] called her from below her, "Do not grieve; your Lord has provided beneath you a stream.)(MARYAM:24) A stream of water beneath her feet Fresh dates to strengthen her She eats drinks and finds comfort Mary did not ask for a miracle She simply obeyed Alone under the palm tree she gave birth to one of the greatest human beings in history after Moses Then she carried him and went back to her people

Scene Two A baby who speaks Imagine the next scene A woman enters her town carrying a newborn baby People know her They know her family They know she was devoted in worship Then they see her with a child O sister [i.e., descendant] of Aaron, your father was not a man of evil, nor was your mother unchaste.

01

"(MARYAM:28) The accusation is made Her reputation collapses Mary does not say a word She does not try to explain She simply points to the child Shock mockery How can we speak to a baby in the cradle Then something unimaginable happens The infant opens his mouth and speaks The first words he utters are not mother or father They are [Jesus] said, "Indeed, I am the servant of Allah.

02

He has given me the Scripture and made me a prophet.

Scene Three A young man forms a bird from clay Imagine the third scene A man around thirty years old Around him are his disciples In front of him is clay He shapes it into the form of a bird Then he breathes into it The clay transforms It moves It flaps its wings It flies People around him are amazed Magic illusion or imagination But Jesus raises his hands and says ( By the permission of God) By the permission of God Not by my power Not because I am God But because the One who created the universe from nothing can create a bird from clay through a servant He chose This is the golden rule in Islam All the miracles of Jesus happened by the permission of God He is the means but God is the true doer Moses split the sea by the permission of God Muhammad split the moon by the permission of God Jesus raised the dead by the permission of God The difference between a prophet and God is simple The prophet acts by the command of his Lord God acts by His own will Jesus never said I create I give life I heal He always raised his eyes to the sky and said By the permission of God

Scene Four The blind sees the leper is cured and the dead rises Imagine the fourth scene A man blind since birth He has never seen the sun He has never seen his mother’s face He comes to Jesus Jesus touches his eyes He sees A man with leprosy His skin is damaged People avoid him Jesus touches him He is cured Then the most shocking scene A funeral A dead body carried Jesus approaches He says a word The dead man opens his eyes Rises And speaks People say This is God This is the son of God But Jesus corrects them immediately (And [make him] a messenger to the Children of Israel, [who will say], 'Indeed I have come to you with a sign from your Lord in that I design for you from clay [that which is] like the form of a bird, then I breathe into it and it becomes a bird by permission of Allah.

And I cure the blind [from birth] and the leper, and I give life to the dead – by permission of Allah. And I inform you of what you eat and what you store in your houses. Indeed in that is a sign for you, if you are believers.

Scene Five A man who eats food Now comes the powerful contrast God says about Mary and her son (The Messiah, son of Mary, was not but a messenger; [other] messengers have passed on before him. And his mother was a supporter of truth. They both used to eat food.[1] Look how We make clear to them the signs; then look how they are deluded.

Reflect on this simple statement Whoever eats food needs to relieve himself Whoever eats food becomes tired and sleeps Whoever eats food gets sick and feels pain Whoever eats food grows old and dies How can one who eats be God How can one who needs food be the Creator This is the logic of the Quran Simple direct powerful Just one question Does your God eat food This verse alone led many Christians to Islam because it exposes the contradiction

Scene Six The dialogue on the Day of Judgment Now imagine the greatest scene The Day of Judgment All humanity gathered The prophets present God asks Jesus a question in front of everyone (And [beware the Day] when Allah will say, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, did you say to the people, 'Take me and my mother as deities besides Allah?

'" He will say, "Exalted are You! It was not for me to say that to which I have no right. If I had said it, You would have known it. You know what is within myself, and I do not know what is within Yourself. Indeed, it is You who is Knower of the unseen.

Imagine the moment Jesus stands before his Creator Before all humanity God asks him directly What will Jesus say {He will say, "Exalted are You! It was not for me to say that to which I have no right.} Glory be to You He declares his innocence Then he says {If I had said it, You would have known it.

You know what is within myself, and I do not know what is within Yourself.} Then he testifies {I said not to them except what You commanded me – to worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord.

} My Lord and your Lord One Lord for all Then he concludes {If You should punish them – indeed they are Your servants; but if You forgive them – indeed it is You who is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

Scene Seven Followers went astray while the Messiah is innocent What happened after The disciples believed They followed monotheism Then came Paul Then councils Then Nicaea Then the Trinity Then the idea of sacrifice The prophet who called to God became an object of worship The Quran comments {but they forgot a portion of that of which they were reminded.} Look at history Crusades Massacres Churches fighting churches Sects cursing each other All in the name of love Is this what Jesus taught Jesus is innocent Innocent of wars Innocent of injustice Innocent of everything done in his name

Scene Eight The decisive comparison Let us compare Jesus in common Christian belief A divine figure in a Trinity Incarnated to die Died for human sins Salvation through his blood Jesus in Islam A noble prophet A servant of God Sent to revive monotheism Raised by God Every soul is responsible for its deeds Which is more reasonable Which presents a just God Which gives human dignity and responsibility A God who eats or a God beyond all needs A God who dies or a God who forgives A God who needs sacrifice or a God who says Be and it is Jesus himself will ask Why did you make me God while I am a servant

Conclusion Do you want to truly know Jesus If you want to know Jesus Do not read distorted sources Do not follow those who made him divine Read the Quran Read the chapter named after his mother Read the chapter of his family You will find him pure clear human prophetic peaceful Born from a virgin Spoke in the cradle Healed the blind and leper Raised the dead Then God raised him He will return before the Day of Judgment This is Jesus son of Mary A messenger of God A servant of God The Prophet Muhammad said The prophets are brothers their mothers are different but their religion is one One religion from Adam to Muhammad Islam Monotheism No god but God This is the Jesus we love This is the Messiah we await This is the prophet we will follow Do you want to meet him tomorrow while he is pleased with you Worship God alone as he taught {[Jesus said], "And indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him.

That is a straight path.
